Where will this year's LucaNet.World take place?
LucaNet.World is taking place virtually this year due to the Corona crisis. Since we do not want to expose you, our customers and partners, or our own employees to unnecessary danger, we will not be holding a personal meeting this year. Nonetheless, we are preparing many exciting virtual experiences for you.
Who can participate?
Customers and partners of the LucaNet Group may participate in LucaNet.World.
How do I get access to the online event tool?
Five days before the event, you will receive an e-mail asking you to create an account for LucaNet.World which will enable you to have access to all other elements, create a profile in advance, put together your own agenda and network with other participants.
Can I already view the final program of the event on the website?
Keep checking our website, even if the program slots are filled. We are still in final talks for coordinating further exciting workshop offers with our partners who will present even more interesting best practice examples from their daily experiences.
Do I have to choose workshops in advance and guarantee my participation when registrering?
No, not this year. Nevertheless, we would be delighted if you choose to put together a personal agenda in advance.
Why are there no Do-It-Yourself workshops this year?
When moving our event online, we took a closer look at the concept for the DIY workshops and considered a different format for this purpose, which, due to its concentrated nature and length, will not be part of LucaNet.World this year. Will there be recorded photo and video material from the event?
Since the event is completely digital, there will be no photo or video documentation in the traditional sense. However, during the event, you will have the opportunity to share highlights from the event with us: in the online event tool, there is a photo area where we look forward to receiving wonderful snapshots of you during LucaNet.World. Unless permission to record and use these images has been revoked in writing to LucaNet AG, you agree to the use of the materials when registering for this event.

Registration and payment
How much does it cost to participate?
The participation fee varies between €69 and €199 without VAT per person according to the chosen ticket category (Early Bird, Standard, Corporate Packages, After Show Tickets).
What does the full event price include?
The full event price includes:
- All items on the program
- Access to all content up to and including January, 31, 2021
- Access to the online event tool up starting five days in the run-up to LucaNet.World
- Creation of a personal agenda, networking, access to more than 45 workshops Surprise/goodie bag package (only for DACH region)
What do the different ticket categories include?
Single Tickets: Our one-way tickets always include all program items from this year’s online conference, access to the online event tool starting five days before the event as well as access to the recorded content until January 31, 2021. During the event, you have the opportunity to network and exchange with like-minded people and can flexibly switch between virtual rooms. A full program with more than 40 workshops, over 60 hours of event programming and many small highlights is in store. And one more thing: We would like to send you a surprise package in advance for a very special analog-digital experience. In it you will find YOUnique and at the same time practical items that will be used during the conference. Please pay attention to the corresponding deadlines in the order process so that the package reaches you on time. Be quick and secure our exclusive early bird prices up to September 30, 2020!
Corporate packages: Do you want to book right away for yourself and your colleagues, thus saving not only money but also time? Then our Corporate Package is just the right option for you. Choose between tickets for 5, 10 or 15 persons. The content per person can be found under the description for one-way tickets. After show ticket: Just because you are booked or on vacation between November 18 ̶ 20, 2020 doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the exciting content of LucaNet.World. The after show ticket offers you access to all recordings starting 5 days after the close of the event. Please note: The after show ticket does not include any interaction options or surprise packages. You only receive access to the workshop and main stage content.
Gibt es in diesem Jahr keine Tagestickets?
Nein, die Möglichkeit auch Tickets zu kaufen, die nur für einen Konferenztag gültig sind, besteht in diesem Jahr nicht.
Grund ist die völlig neuartige Umsetzung in digitaler Form. Da wir so zum Einen schlechter kontrollieren können wann ein Teilnehmer sich tatsächlich einloggt, oder Sie z.B. auch die Möglichkeit haben, bis 31.01.2021 auf die aufgezeichneten Inhalte der gesamten Veranstaltung zuzugreifen, haben wir uns gegen die tageweise Buchung entschieden.
Substitution and cancellation rules
Can a colleague represent me if I cannot attend the event?
Yes! Please let our LucaNet.World team know by emailing email@example.com.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you decide to cancel your participation in the event at least two weeks before the event, you are required to pay 50% of your participation fee. If you cancel less than one week before the event, 100% of your participation fee is due.

What are the technical requirements for participation?
To participate in the digital LucaNet.World, you need nothing more than a device connected to the internet. For the best audio-visual experience, we recommend a laptop or computer as well as a headset, depending on where you are tuning in from. The online event tool is also completely accessible via your smartphone which allows you to follow individual program points even when you are on the go! Attention: If you are still using Internet Explorer, we recommend switching to an alternative browser (Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge or similar) since Internet Explorer does not support all capabilities.
Do I have to download a program for the event?
No. You only need an Internet browser.
